At www.jukebox.com.my, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you received items not up to your satisfaction, please contact Ms. Azizah at +603-7981 4735 or TOLL FREE : 1300 88 7463 ( Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm) for resolution of your problem. Most items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund except shipping fee. Merchandise must be returned in unused, unmodified and like-new condition.

Please retain your return tracking information. The Company will not be liable for items not reach us.

Important note:
Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
