Jukebox story begins when.. Founder: "My father has always interested in developing a business. His business began as a grocery shop selling various products such as black label record, apparel, textile and etc back in 1980s. It gone through a new millenium when his company started exporting business to Europe areas such as UK, Germany, Finland and few other countries. The name of JUKEBOX was founded during a visit to a customer in Europe, my father was fascinated by this music-playing device, and so, he decided to name our shop Jukebox, which growing successfully in Malaysia throughout these 20 over years.." Harian Shoes Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Emporium Harian Sdn Bhd) started its retail business in 1977 selling fashionable items such as clothing and shoes for men, ladies and children. Over the 25 year. HSSB has made several strategic moves to remain the competitive edge in the market. In year 2004, we had achieved the SMI Recognition Awards Series 2004. In year 1979, we began to focus on retailing ladies shoes and capitalize on its vast market potential. Our first project was the establishment of concessionaire ventures with Metrojaya Bhd; we were awarded as the turnkey concessionaire to set up the Ladies Shoes Department in Bukit Bintang Plaza. Four years later, we were invited to enter into another concessionaire venture with Yaohan (M) Sdn Bhd (now known as Aktif Lifestyle Store Sdn Bhd). Since then, our business has grown rapidly and has become a market leader in the ladies shoes industry. Much of this success was and still, is attributed by the team spirit among all employees within the company. Our dynamic Product Development Division also plays a significant role as they excel in delivering trendy and competitively priced products.
